Working at CADS in Sheffield

Fact about them: As such a small organisation, volunteers are a vital component of the CADS operations, especially our work at The Abbeydale Picture House. They assist with everything from scheduling social media and promotion, through to events and renovation. We are very proud to run continuous work experience programmes for all ages and to have a dedicated team of helpers that we are eternally grateful for!

The Abbeydale Picture House volunteer and intern group currently includes Deyar, Edith and Kaya, who help with admin and social media; Jess who has been working on events preparation and hire management since mid-2017; and Katharine, a student from The University of Sheffield who is undertaking an oral history project here. At CADS' main headquarters, Nikesh has been undertaking an internship in site management and studio hires with Paul.
